Scott L. Anderson

Mr. Anderson is the founder of Anderson & Bliven, formerly Anderson Law Office. Scott completed undergraduate studies in Political Science along with courses in pre-law receiving a Bachelor's of Science in 1991 from the California University System. Scott received his post-graduate education from Willamette University College of Law, and received his Doctorate in Jurisprudence in 1994. Scott initially worked as a law clerk for Katherine Curtis at the firm of Kaplan and Curtis and worked part-time on the Curtis for Judge Campaign. After passing the bar in 1994 Scott became an associate at Kaplan Law Offices. During that period, on a part-time contract, he worked as the Deputy City Attorney for the City of Columbia Falls. His practice included criminal prosecutions, jury trials, civil litigation, advising the city counsel, managing city personnel, planning, zoning and annexation issues. In his civil practice outside of the city, Scott developed a Personal Injury practice along with handling general legal matters such as Real Estate Transactions, Construction Law, Trust and Estate planning, Small Business and Corporate Law. Organization/Bar Memberships: Montana State Bar, Oregon State Bar, Montana Trial Lawyers Association and American Trial Lawyers Association. Admitted to practice law in both Montana and Oregon.

Michael A. Bliven

Mr. Bliven has been practicing law since 1994. Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame, magna cum laude, in 1990. He attended the Willamette University College of Law, in Salem, Oregon, and graduated in 1994. Mr. Bliven practiced law in Oregon, emphasizing Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability Law, representing only injured and disabled individuals for several years prior to joining Mr. Anderson in Montana. Mr. Bliven had his own firm in Oregon City, Oregon, which after admission to the Montana Bar, he left to join forces with Scott Anderson to form Anderson & Bliven. Mr. Bliven focuses his energy on representing injured and disabled individuals, handling their Personal Injury and Social Security Disability claims. He also represents these clients in related Workers' Compensation claims.
Organization/Bar Memberships: Montana Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, a Sustaining Member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives, and the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice in Montana, the United States District Court for the District of Montana, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and Oregon.

Wendy Stewart

Graduate of the Helena School of Technology and received her degree in Paralegal Studies. She is a certified paralegal with the Montana Bar Association. Wendy has extensive experience as a paralegal and assisting people with their legal cases through licensed Montana Attorneys for over 12 years. Wendy is a life long resident of the Flathead Valley. She is a very successful at helping injured people and resolving insurance disputes.

Graduate of the University of Montana and received her degree in Paralegal Studies. She has received an American Bar Association Paralegal Degree. Stacy is a native Montanan. She has extensive training in helping people with social security disability claims and enjoys working with people.
